A professionally printed envelope is a great selling tool that should not be overlooked. Envelope dosYour envelope will more than likely pass through a few hands before it reaches the final recipient, this is an opportunity for you to showcase your company. Do this by including your website address, phone number and slogan. Make it memorable! Do choose fonts that are easy to read and stay clear of extremely small font sizes and fancy fonts that are hard to read. Do remember to double check the address to be printed on the envelopes. Do choose a paper stock for your envelopeles that compliment your letterhead and business card. To achieve a consistent look, your envelope, letterhead, and business card should be on the same type of paper. Envelope don'tsDo not use too many fonts and colors in your design, stick with no more than 3 of each. Less is more! Do not use low quality artwork and images on your envelope. Always begin with artwork and photos that are no less than 300 dpi. |
