You acknowledge that all content included on this website, including, without limitation, the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, typefaces, graphics, images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons, written and other material and compilations (collectively, "Content") are intellectual property and copyrighted works of Four Sisters Printing and/or various third-party providers ("Providers"). Reproductions or storage of Content retrieved from this Site, in all forms, media and technologies now existing or hereafter developed, is subject to the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, Title 17 of the United States Code.

Payment Policy

Social Stationery and Gifts (includes invitations, announcements, programs, napkins, favors, note cards, wedding related stationery and other custom printed stationery items)

Payment is due in full at the time Customer places the order. Four Sisters Printing reserves the right to cancel any order or not provide any applicable promotional or discount pricing if proofs have not been approved within thirty (30) days from date of initial order.

Business Products (includes business cards, letterhead, envelopes, presentation folders, labels and stickers, postcards, greeting cards, brochures, flyers, sportswear, banners, rubber stamps, post-it notes, tear-off cards, cd covers and inlays, dvd covers, door hangers, bookmarks, magnets, and other custom printed business items)

A free file review and first pdf proof is included with most of our business products. Upon approval of the proof Customer will be charged for the entire cost of the order including shipping and sales tax. If the first proof is not approved and Customer sends in a new file there will be a charge of $20 for us to review this file and/or send a second proof. This $20 charge will be refunded back to Customer ’s account if the second proof is approved and the job put into production. Any file reviews and/or proofs performed over two will incur a $20 charge which is non-refundable. Orders that have been cancelled after a proof was approved will incur the proof charge and a possible cancellation charge.

Sales Tax
Four Sisters Printing is currently required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to a New York address or on any custom design work for New York Customers.

Customer Submitted Artwork or Graphics
Artwork to be printed in the CMYK color mode must be provided in CMYK format. Four Sisters Printing is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. All artwork, designs and images must be provided at a minimum of 300 dpi for CMYK printing or at least 600 dpi for spot color printing. Four Sisters Printing is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to Customer provided artwork.

Color Proofing, Matching & Printing
Four Sisters Printing is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the Customer. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Four Sisters Printing will try it's best to match the gradient density of each color. Four Sisters Printing is not liable for the final appearance of a color.

Order Approval
While we do review every order before it goes into production, the Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.

Four Sisters Printing is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Incorrect spelling, Incorrect phone numbers, Incorrect email addresses, Incorrect dates and times, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Fonts, Punctuation, Color selection.

Customer is responsible for making any and all necessary corrections before indicating their approval to send the job to production. Customer is obligated to pay all original and additional costs in the event that an order needs to be reprinted due to errors that existed in an approved proof. Four Sisters Printing may be able to discount a reprint request in its sole discretion. However, the cost of a reprint is in addition to the cost of the initial order placed, and the costs associated with it.

The Four Sisters Printing Guarantee
If a mistake was made on your order that was our mistake we will redo the item that is not correct and ship it to you at our expense. Customer must notify Four Sisters Printing within 30 business days of order acceptance to notify of any defects discovered in the ordered product.

Changes, Cancellations and Returns
If you’ve submitted your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake or would otherwise like to make a change, please notify us immediately. We will check the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted. Changes should be emailed to orders@foursistersprinting.com or faxed to 425.928.1031.

Depending on the degree of work and time spent on an order, Four Sisters Printing reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the order total in addition to a $15 service fee. If the order has already been printed or produced Customer is responsible for the full price of the order.

Return Policy - Customized items: We do not accept returns on custom printed stationery or related items.

Return Policy - Non-customized items: If you are not satisfied with a non-customized stationery, gift, or related item, you may return it for a full refund less the shipping cost and less a 10% restocking fee within 15 days of receipt of order. The item (s) must be unused. Please contact Customer Service for further instructions.

Return Policy - Since each order is unique to Customer and has no re-sale value, all sales are final. If an error was made on our part, we will re-print the order. No refunds or credit will be issued.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (For International Orders) Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). You may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for all additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Four Sisters Printing does not have control over these fees, nor can we predict the exact cost of these fees. We are not responsible for informing you of the specific fees that will apply; it is your responsibility as the importer and the Customer to check what your country's requirements are for all customs fees, before placing your order. You are responsible for contacting your local customs office for further information. Please be advised that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Collection Costs
Four Sisters Printing reserves the right to seek collection of all payments due in the event Customer ’s credit card payment is rejected or denied. Such collection costs may include interest at the then applicable maximum legal rate, plus all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs associated with such collection.

Promotional & Discount Pricing
All promotional and discount pricing offers are valid for thirty (30) days from initial offer of discount unless otherwise specified. All orders must be placed within such time period to receive the promotion or discount. In addition, in order to ensure receipt of any promotional pricing or discount on Customer ’s order the proof must be approved or order confirmed by Customer within thirty (30) days of receipt. Four Sisters Printing will not be required to apply such discount or promotional pricing after such thirty (30) day period has expired unless agreed otherwise.

Advertising and Marketing
Four Sisters Printing reserves the right to use any and all products designed and produced by its staff for advertising and marketing purposes, whether such creation is a custom order or otherwise. This use also includes, but is not limited to using Customer testimonials and Customer designs as product samples, in photographs and in advertisements. This applies to all marketing and advertising by Four Sisters Printing both online, verbal media and in print. If Customer is opposed to any aspect of his/her design being used in this manner, Customer must notify us in writing at the time of order placement.

Ownership and responsibility for risk of loss to any ordered products passes to Customer upon delivery by third party shipping company.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Four Sisters Printing will not be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations during any period in which such performance is delayed or made impossible by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as fire, flood, war, embargo, strike, riot or the intervention of any governmental authority.

Four Sisters Printing strives to make sure Customer ’s product is created and delivered in accordance with Customer ’s ordered specifications. However, it makes no other implied or express representations or warranties as to the fitness or use of Customer ’s product for a specific purpose.

Four Sisters Printing cannot accept liability beyond the remedies set forth in these terms and conditions and Customer ’s order details. This limitation shall include, but not be limited to any liability for product not being available for use, lost profits, loss of business or any other damages. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein Four Sisters Printing will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages and in any such event Four Sisters Printing’s liability for any claim of loss shall be limited to the product order price paid by customer.

Four Sisters Printing and Customer agree to attempt to resolve any claim, dispute, or other controversy between Customer and Four Sisters Printing through negotiations with persons authorized to resolve the dispute or through mediation rather than through litigation if possible.

Governing Law/Venue
These terms and conditions and any purchase order terms placed with Four Sisters Printing or any claim, dispute or controversy arising from such terms or purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law. Four Sisters Printing and Customer agree that the State Court of the State of New York and the United States District Court for the District of New York shall have exclusive jurisdiction and be the proper venue for any and all lawsuits that may arise pursuant to their Customer relationship.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us, our shareholders, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any third-party claim or cause of action, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, out of your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms of Use, any law or the rights of any third party.

The site may contain links to third-party websites, which may have policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for the activities and practices that take place on these sites. Accordingly, we recommend that you review the policies posted on any site that you may access through our site.
