Ordering

Can I send my order by fax?

Yes, contact us for an order form and then fax your order to 877.413.7900. The discount on faxed orders is less due to the extra processing time.

Billing

When will I be billed for the order?

Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is placed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is only charged on orders shipping to a New York state address.

Processing

When will I receive my order?

See the schedule below to approximate the delivery of your wedding invitation order. Some items are on a 5 business day production schedule, the description of these items will specifically note if it is on a 5 business day production schedule. If a proof is being ordered, add an extra 1 to 2 business days to the production time.

Proof = 1 to 2 business days
Production = 3 to 4 business days
Ground Shipping = no commitment time but typically 1 to 5 business days
2 Day Shipping = by end of the 2nd business day
3 Day Select = by end of the 3rd business day
Next Day Air = by 10:30 am on the next business day
Next Day Air Saver = by 3:00 pm on the next business

Or

Order Status

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply click on the “Order Status/Reorder” link on the home page. You will need your confirmation number and zip code to recall your order. The status of your order will be displayed. If your order has shipped, you will be able to track it online. Email shipping notifications are not sent at this time.

Changes, Cancellations and Returns

What is your return policy on wedding invitations and related items?

Return Policy - Customized items: We do not accept returns on custom printed wedding invitations or related items.
Return Policy - Non-customized items: If you are not satisfied with a non-customized wedding invitation or related item, you may return it for a full refund less the shipping cost and less a 10% restocking fee. The item(s) must be unused. Please contact Customer Service for further instructions.
Misprints: If a mistake was made on your order that was our mistake we will redo the item that is not correct and ship it to you at our expense. 

Can I make a change to my wedding invitation order after it has been placed?

If you’ve sent your wedding invitation order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake or would otherwise like to make a change, please notify us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted. Changes should be emailed to orders@foursistersprinting.com or faxed to 877.413.7900.

I already placed my order, can it be cancelled?

Cancellation charges are 5% of your order total in addition to a $15 service fee. If your order has already been printed you are responsible for the full price of the order.

Other

Do you have a wedding invitation catalog?

We are a discount online retailer and to keep our costs down and continue offering deep discounts on our products we do not have a wedding invitation paper catalog available. You may however preview the wedding invitations on our website and narrow down your selection by ordering samples.
