Does my wedding program paper have to be identical to my wedding invitation paper? 

Your wedding program paper does not have to be identical to your wedding invitation paper but the style should be similar. For instance, if you ordered a traditional ecru wedding invitation then complete the theme by ordering a similar wedding program.

Ordering

How do I order one of your wedding programs?

After you have looked through our wedding program selection and have found the program that you like, follow these steps to place your program order:

1. Create a Word document with your wording. Be sure to label each page of your document to correspond with the appropriate page on the wedding program.

2. Double check your spelling and punctuation when you have finished typing your wording. This is a good time to verify spelling of names.

3. Go to our website and select the wedding program you wish to order

4. Customize the wedding program by selecting ink color (s), font (s) and quantity

5. Upload your Word file

6. Place your order

Upon receiving your order it will take us 3 business days to prepare the proof. We will then email the proof to you and wait for your approval. It is at this time that you should triple check your spelling, names etc. You can make changes to the proof or if it is correct, approve it as we have sent it.

Can I place my wedding program order over the phone?

Due to the large amount of wording on wedding programs, we do not accept these orders over the phone.

Billing and Processing

When is my credit card billed for the wedding program order?

Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is placed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is only charged on orders shipping to a New York address

When will I receive my wedding program order?

After you place your order it takes us 3 business days to prepare the proof. We will then email the proof to you and wait for your approval or change request. Once we have received your proof approval it will take us 3 business days to print your wedding programs. Delivery at that point will depend on the shipping method you select. See the shipping chart below to approximate the delivery of your wedding program order.

Shipping options:

Ground Shipping = no commitment time but typically 1 to 5 business days
2 Day Shipping = by end of the 2nd business day
3 Day Select = by end of the 3rd business day
Next Day Air = by 10:30 am on the next business day

Order Status

How do I check the status of my wedding program order?

When your wedding program order ships we will send you an email with the courier tracking information.

Changes, Cancellations, Misprints and Returns

What is your return policy on wedding programs and accessories?

Return Policy: Customized Wedding Programs: We do not accept returns on custom printed wedding programs.

Return Policy: Non-customized Wedding Programs and Accesories: If for any reason you are not satisfied with a non-customized wedding program or related accessory you may return for a full refund within 15 days of receipt of order. Please email us at orders@foursistersprinting.com for authorization and further instructions.

Misprints: If a mistake was made on your order that was our mistake we will redo the item that is not correct and ship it to you at our expense. We must be notified of any discrepancies within 15 days of receipt of order.

Can I make a change to my wedding program order after the proof has been approved?

If you’ve approved your wedding program proof and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please call us immediately. We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your proof very carefully before approving it to avoid the cost of a reprint.

I already placed my order, can it be cancelled?

A wedding program order cannot be cancelled if it has already been printed. A cancellation charge will apply, if we can cancel a program order before it reaches the printing stage.

Program Assembly

I am really pressed for time, do you have a program assembly service?

We can assemble your wedding programs and ribbon for an additional charge of $45 per 50 and $25 per each additional 25. Please indicate at the time you approve your proof if you are interested in this service and we will charge the appropriate charge to your credit card. Please allow extra time for assembly.

Foreign Languages

Can you produce my wedding programs in a foreign language?

Programs may be produced in a foreign language for an additional charge of $20. We will typeset any language which uses the English alphabet. Program copy must be typed and have all accent marks and capital letters clearly indicated. For languages that do not use the English alphabet, you may provide us with black and white camera-ready copy.
