Your program will be typeset by a program professional who will typeset your program based on the layout style of the program you selected. You will receive a free pdf proof for your approval. Printing is done by expert printers with many years of experience. Depending on the program you choose your program will be printed either in thermography, flat printing or a combination of both processes. A professionally printed wedding program is a nice way to complete your wedding stationery. Wedding programs are distributed at the ceremony and they allow your guests to follow the progression of the ceremony. Wedding programs should be ordered when all the details of the wedding ceremony have been finalized usually three to six weeks before the ceremony. Must-haves for your Wedding Program

The following information is most always included on wedding programs:

• The Bride and Groom's first and last names or monogram
• Venue of ceremony
• Date of ceremony
• City and state where ceremony will be held
• Order of ceremony
• Names of those in your wedding party. If space permits, also include the relationship to the bride/groom.
• Explanation of rituals: If your wedding ceremony will include religious rituals, include an explanation of those rituals.

Photo Wedding Programs

A nice photo of the bride and groom add a great personal touch to the wedding programs. Photo programs make wonderful keepsakes. Note that professional photographs have copyrights, therefore, a signed authorization form must accompany each order. We will email or fax an authorization form to you upon receiving your photo.

Printing Process

Some of our wedding programs are printed using the thermography process. This type of printing is created by adding a resin powder to wet ink, which when heated, creates a raised surface. We just know that you will be delighted at the look and feel of your wedding programs! Flat printed photo programs: Programs that feature your photo are available in several different layouts throughout the site. Photo programs produced on paper stock will be flat printed. Normal delivery can be expected with flat printed programs.

Additional Wedding Program Services

Rush Orders

Our standard production time for program proofs is 3 business days and an additional 3 business days for the program printing. If you need your programs done sooner contact us about a rush order. We will let you know if it is possible and how much extra it will cost.

Program Assembly Service

We can assemble your wedding programs with ribbon for an additional charge of $45 per 50 and $25 for each additional 25. Please indicate at the time you approve your proof if you are interested in this service and we will add the appropriate charge to your credit card. Please allow extra time for assembly.

Foreign Languages

Programs may be produced in a foreign language for an additional $20. We will typeset any language using the English alphabet. Program copy must be typed and have all accent marks and capital letters clearly indicated. For languages that do not use the English alphabet, please provide black and white camera-ready artwork.

Using your custom artwork

Already have a wedding monogram that you would like us to add to your programs? No problem..We can add your custom artwork to our typesetting to produce a truly personalized wedding program. There is an additional charge of $21.00 for this service. Your file must be sent in black and white EPS format at high resolution (no less than 600 dpi).

Special Set-Up

When copy is requested in an area not sampled with printing, we will charge $25 to the base price of the program. A double press-run charge may also apply.

Double Press-Run

Base prices include printing as shown on each program sample. If the copy you provide requires an additional press-run (printing on the second side or printing in two ink colors), the Double Press-Run charge of a $27.50 flat fee will be charged. Please allow extra time for a double press-run.

Copy Layout

Each program sampled on our site has a unique copy layout assigned to it. The layout was designed to fit the program it was created for. When choosing a program, please select a program that samples the layout style that will best fit the amount of copy required. Substantial amounts of copy are suitable for larger programs or programs where additional inserts may be purchased. Smaller programs may be desirable for copy that requires fewer details. For custom layouts, please contact us for a specific quote. Please allow extra time for custom program layouts.
